Setting up a computer
To use a computer we need to connect all the devices to the system unit.
Step 1 -  First place the monitor on desk or a table
Step 2 -  Place the system unit near to the monitor.
Step 3 -  Connect system unit to monitor using VGA cable .
Step 4 -  Connect  keyboard to the system unit.
Step 5 -  Connect  mouse to the system unit.
Step 6 -  Connect  printer to the system unit.
Step 7 -  Connect speaker to the system unit. 
Step 8 -  Provide power supply to system unit through power switch.
Now computer is ready to use.

Starting the computer

Step 1 - Make sure your computer is plugged into a power source

Step 2 - Locate your computer's power button.  
Step 3 - Press the power button . 

How to Shutdown computer?

Step 1              Press the Windows key on the keyboard, or click the Start button. The Start              

                      Menu opens.

Step 2              In the Start Menu, click Power, then click Shut down.

or

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and click the power button in the bottom-right corner   

of     

the screen.

or

From the Windows Desktop, press Alt+F4 to get the Shut Down Windows

Restarting Your PC in Safe Mode

Step 1              Press your PC's power button.

Step 2              Click the start-up screen.

Step 3              Click the power icon.

Step 4              Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete click on arrow and click on restart option.

Step 5              Or directly press restart button on CPU.
